Return Policy 

Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you have purchased within 10 days of the date of receipt.

It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product should be the same as it was when you received it with your retail receipt or invoice. You should still have a telephone call at +355 689009560 (Mon. – Fri. -09: 00-18: 00) or via e-mail at [email protected] for instructions.

For hygienic purposes (cosmetics, shampoos, conditioners, creams, etc.) that have been used or opened, they are not returned at all.
In all the above cases the return costs are charged to the customer.

Defective product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with a same or similar product without any extra cost to you. However, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +335 689009560 (Mon. – Fri. -09:00-18 00) to send you directions for your return. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an identical product on request or refunded.

We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by normal wear, misuse and destruction when removing the labels.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an e-mail at [email protected]  or call +335 689009560 (Mon. – Fri. -09: 00-18: 00). You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that our products have not been shipped from our store and within 8 working hours.
